Returning/exchanging products

The client has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods (receipt of the SmartPOST or Omniva parcel machine, unless there is a defect in the product). In order to return the goods, the customer has to fill in the return part of the return bill of lading accompanying the goods or the application for withdrawal from the contract and forward it to the parcel terminal with the goods. The client is required to return the goods to the seller within 14 days from the date of submission of the application for withdrawal. The customer may use the right to withdraw from the contract if the goods are not used or broken (the suitability of the good can be tried).We advise the customer to deliver all the products they want to return at once. The direct costs of the repayment are borne by the customer. We recommend to return the goods in the original package. According to the Law of Obligations, the rights of withdrawal does not apply to goods which by their nature can not be returned (for example underwear removed from the package, swimming and bathing suits, tights and socks). Returns will only be accepted with the completed withdrawal declaration. In case the customer has withdrawn from the transaction, the seller will return the purchase price together with the delivery fee without delay, but no longer than within 14 calendar days after the withdrawal declaration reaches the seller. The refund will be made to the same account from which the purchase was paid. In case the customer has violated or damaged the returned good intentionally or due to negligence, the seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods or to demand compensation for the damage.

Returning goods with a parcel service or courier

By courier, email us at info@baltbaby.com and give us your order number and information about when and where the courier will come back for things to be returned. The refund is paid by the customer.
